
Our members have run many marathons and are keen to pass on their running and training experiences and knowledge, to those who are new to running, those who want to run a marathon, to have one less thing to do in life, and those who just enjoy the marathon experience.

The Club is keen to promote that marathon experience, and with our members knowledge and help we are able to offer :

Coaching on running style, cadence, rhythm, posture and breathing.
•
Advice on diets and hydration.
•
Providing training schedules for race distances up to the marathon and ultras.
•
Practical advice and tips on the lead up to the event and running the event itself.
•
A diary of forthcoming events and marathons.
•
To put runners in touch with each other to be training and running partners.
•
Training and coaching sessions either as individuals or groups.
•
Regular meetings, when we give up to date news about the Club and are able to chat about our experiences.
All these services are made available to members, person to person or through this website.
